Formerly a Bed and Breakfast establishment, "The Outlook" has recently been renovated and now presents as a spacious and well-equipped 6 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom House which will accommodate extended family groups, corporate groups or just gather a group of friends and be delighted with the spaciousness and ease that this beautiful home affords. Under one roofline and encompassing connecting verandah walkways, "The Outlook" offers a plethora of Accommodation options with numerous configurations. Your choice, use as separate spaces or alternatively, open up and use all interconnecting areas as one. This is indeed, a magnificent find!!. Great design with plenty of room for all. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom main family house with spacious lounge, kitchen and dining areas all opening to decked areas both covered and sun-drenched with Bay and garden views. Add to this, 3 self-contained private apartments, complete with individual kitchenettes, living spaces and ensuite bathrooms. Each private apartment has its own entrance and can either be locked for privacy or co-joined to the family home.

"The Outlook is situated on 1.2 acres of landscaped gardens overlooking Westernport Bay. You and your family and friends can have the run of the whole house and property. Access the great outdoors, through huge sliding doors on either side of the house. Enjoy alfresco dining any time of the day, sun-drenched, northern-facing decks or perhaps a shaded courtyard garden to relax and enjoy a chilled glass of one of Mornington Peninsula's crisp whites or an award-winning Pinot Noir.
Interaction with guests
Our manager, Mornington Peninsula Rentals will see you into the house at check-in and answer any questions you may have regarding the property or perhaps you have some questions as to recommended wineries, and restaurants for fine or casual dining options. They can fill you in on great spots to visit, fun things that will keep the children entertained and you may even persuade them to share a few of secret "Local spots", including great beaches, walks and lesser-known treats of our fabulous Mornington Peninsula.
